Thank you for choosing Maca’s Pest Control Pty Ltd for your pest control needs!

Technician Information

Our service technician is licensed, and their name and license number will be provided on the advice we give you after the service is complete.

Products Used

All products used by our company are approved by the APVMA (Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority).

Health and Safety Precautions:

  • Please advise us of any pets or personal/family/staff allergies or other health concerns before the treatment.
  • If you or anyone in your household is particularly sensitive or suffers from allergic reactions, it’s best to remain out of the premises until it has been fully ventilated after the treatment.
  • Should you suspect anyone has come into contact with a treated area and experiences any adverse effects, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 and keep this notice with you.
  • Please cover all food items and utensils before the treatment, as directed by our technician.
  • You must remove or protect any people, animals, birds, or fish during the treatment. All pets/animals should be kept away from treated areas until dry and any odor has cleared.

Treatment Limitations / Free Service Periods (Warranties):

  • If structural or environmental conditions prevent us from performing any part of the agreed-upon treatment program, the terms of the free service period or the cost of your service may need to be reviewed.
  • Any free service period becomes null and void if all payments due to Maca’s Pest Control Pty Ltd are not paid in full.
  • Where a free service period is offered, upon notification by you, we agree to provide remedial treatments to the nominated property, at no cost to you, for the term of the free service period. This is conditional upon you immediately notifying us of any signs of a suspected pest infestation.
  • We cannot accept responsibility or offer any warranty (expressed or implied) for any damage or consequential losses that may occur due to past, current, or future pest activity.
  • The proposed treatment only applies to the pest species named in the pest management advice provided at the completion of the service. This program does not cover untreated pests.
